We are delighted that Tea on Tuesday will now take place in the school hall while work is going on in Crawford Village Hall. It was lovely to see lots of visitors arriving for their tea and a chat on Tuesday….and the staff were delighted to be able to sample the beautiful home baking at playtime!! Thank you ladies.
On Tuesday 6th February all the pupils went along to Tea on Tuesday to entertain the locals. The children performed the poems they had been learning for the poetry competition. P1-4 sang Coulter’s Candy and Fitba’ Crazy.P5-7 sang If it wisnae for yer wellies and Bonnie Wee Jeannie McColl. Ian and Christopher played a Scottish selection on their fiddles and Rory played Flower of Scotland on his tenor horn. It was a lovely morning and it was great to be back in the village. A big thank you to the Tea on Tuesday folk for making us feel so welcome, giving prizes to the children and providing refreshments. A pleasure as always.
